Rates & Fees
Hourly Rates
Required Fees per event
- Members / School Families: $100/hour
- Community Rentals: $150/hour
- Minimum: 4 hours
Required Fees per event
- Host Fee: $100
- Cleaning Fee: $150 (refundable if cleaned well)
- Deposit: $250
Important Policies
- No alcohol or smoking permitted
- No amplified sound after 10 PM
- Event must end on time (including cleanup)
- Insurance required (details below)
Agreements and Insurance
Renters are required to provide event liability insurance and sign a usage agreement prior to the event.

- Permission to park one registered vehicle in the lot

Rates & Fees
- $100 per month per vehicle
- Payment due on or before the 1st of each month
- Month-to-month (no long-term contract)
Agreements and Insurance
- Vehicles park at their own risk; the Church does not provide security
Important Policies
- Parking is permit-only, non-transferable, and must be visibly displayed at all times.
- Use is limited solely to parking the registered vehicle (no storage, repairs, or business activity)
- Parking is subject to church and school priority use (events, services, etc.)
- Unauthorized or non-compliant vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense
